Review the request and if all matches according to your wishes approve the booking. You get good overview of who and why someone books your venue.
Messaging online and via the app helps you get to know event organiser and answer any questions before the booking.

Some location renter offer additional services or help. How you rent out is up to you.
Be there for the event organiser and help to become the event a success. That will increase your reputation.
Any other person that is interested in your location will need to provide the credit card details. In case a booking request is done, Jamatu will reserve that amount until the venue provide accepts the booking request.
We work with an international wire transfer. Your payment is automatically sent 24 hours after the event passed. Easy and secure.
Listing your venue on Jamatu is free. Jamatu takes a 5% brokerage service fee on each successful booking.
What you charge is up to you. After you sign up, you’ll get access to tools to set a price that factors for similar places.
